Negatives: No restroom in the lobby

Negatives: Didnt like the fact I paid for the hotel for multiple Nights online I get there and the lady made it seem like I did not pay she was very un trained on the proper procedure as another customer thats been there multiple times had to help. Finally after 15 mins of figuring this out and the worker telling me I didnt pay it was finally resolved. Then she proceeded to tell me if caught smoking in my room its a 200 fee when one I dont smoke and two the whole building smelled heavily of smoke!! It was Smokey walking through the hallways. When arriving I had to wait almost 23 minutes for anyone to even come check us in. As were checking in there was a plant that was over watered so there was water everywhere as my bag got wet. This was where we chose to stay for my wedding bc it seemed good online but getting there was a whole other story. Im not asking for anything but next time you might not have a group of people as calm as we were. That was extremely stressful!

Negatives: Everything, starting with their not honoring our reservation.

Negatives: The appearance inside and out.

Negatives: There was no toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived. A drawer in the kitchen had used condiment packages and had not been cleaned.

Negatives: Everything, location, filthiness.

Negatives: It was filthy! We checked into our hotel room on Friday Sept 29th. It does not look at all like what was offered when we reserved. It is filthy, hall smelled like cigarette smoke, bed sheets are dirty and surfaces were not even wiped down.

Negatives: The room wasn't vacuumed and bathroom floor was sticky behind the door. I asked if someone could vacuum while I was out one day, and it wasn't done. Ended up wearing shoes the whole time while in the room. The drawers had dirt and hair in them, wasn't able to use them for anything. Towels were not good, very rough.

Negatives: Toilet had feces all over the seat when I checked in. Empty beer cans under the sink. There were no pots, pans, plates, silverware or coffee maker in the room. Car alarm in the parking lot sounding every night in the early AM.

Negatives: It does not look at all like what was offered when we reserved. It is filthy, hall smells like cigarette smoke, bed sheets are dirty and surfaces were not even wiped down. The shower curtain is disgusting. Room was never vacuumed. We had to open the windows to air it out and buy a plug in air freshener. We bought wipes to clean. We should have left but we had already paid and needed to get to my sons university event in time.

Negatives: Smelled like cat urine and weed. Not a great place to bring your kids to stay.

Negatives: Honestly the whole place smelled of mold and the room itself smelled a little of fish. The scent was unpleasant enough to keep us up. The air was moist and we were missing a blanket. It was just not a comfortable stay.
