Was charged $---when I walked in on top of what was paid. When I walked in the room and the light wasnt even on plus bugs on the bed. Couldnt get a refund and had to leave

No breakfeast, signs posted stating times but nothing to offer guests. Only 2 towels for 2 person hot tub room with no towels to shower or use hot tub multiple times. Woke up to 20 hotse flys in room but scared to see where they came from suddenly.

The room next to me was used to store cats. My room smelled.like cat urine

Unclean. Unsafe. No locked doors to outside entrances and deadbolt on the room door was broken. Toilet in room didn't work. Staff acted as if they never worked in a hotel before. The whole experience was very uncomfortable.

The only thing I liked best about this hotel was when I left in morning knowing I'll never stay at this place again.

Greeted by a rude desk clerk, too many inconsiderate/noisy drug addicts, room was not the cleanest; stains on bedding, wrappers & dead bugs on the floor, heat/AC unit did not work properly, $100 hold on debit cards that make online reservations.
