Positives:
This hotel is close to rocket mortgage fieldhouse which is great for going to the Cleveland Monsters game! The hotel has a nice restaurant and bar as well. Checking in and out is a breeze. They offer valet parking that is an extra 45 for the night, which is not terrible since you would be paying that same price to park it yourself somewhere.
Negatives:
My only complaints are that for a 2 queen bed room for 4 adults, you should at least get 4 bath towels in the room and their elevators were in need of repair. One was completely down and the other was malfunctioning and running really slow. I am sure this is something they are working to correct. I will definitely stay here again.

I don't normally provide reviews for things that I've experienced, but I hope to help someone make an appropriate decision regarding their stay at Hotel Indigo. The first thing that I would like to point out is that there is no on site parking available for guests. There is a paid valet service or there is a "go find yourself a self park location somewhere". For all intents and purposes, this is a bait and switch. I chose this location for an event that I would be attending in the city and was unable to park my own vehicle in a guest "on-site" parking lot and was charged $45 for the valet service. Classic Bait and Switch. The second thing that was VERY disappointing was that I reserved a King room that did not actually include a King bed. I do not normally sleep on a queen bed but this seemed smaller then that and maybe even the size of a full. I have stayed in may hotels and when I reserve a King room, I kind of expect a King bed. The need to pay for valet and the unexpected tiny bed will ensure that I do not stay in another hotel owned by IHG.
