We were told at check in that we could purchase more breakfast tickets... as I put 4 guests on our stay and 2 came with it. The next morning we went down to get breakfast and were then told by the dining staff that the could not purchase more tickets. The booking confirmation also told me more breakfast tickets could be purchased. The woman in the dining room was very rude. We went to walk out and she said "Well if you would stop I could work with you". That is when I knew I would not come back. Her attitude was not necessary. I cam downstairs that morning and asked if there was coffee I could grab and the front desk person laughed and said "in your room there is".

The valet service was AWFUL. There's only one valet to accept cars in for guests arriving and to retrieve cars for departing guests. It took 45 min to get our vehicle to leave the hotel. If we were catching a flight we would have missed it. We had plans and now we're behind because of this whole valet debacle. Worst part is it's $50 to park your vehicle. Total rip off

The hotel was right across the street from the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse where we went to see a concert, so that was great! And it was right in the center of everything in the city!
Negatives:
We paid a ridiculous amount for our room because of all the events going on downtown that weekend and our bathroom was pretty dingy and dirty and overall the hotel wasn't especially clean.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was exceptional. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was right across the street from progressive field.
Negatives:
The elevators. They were very hot. Also, they bounced around a lot. It's time to update them. We weren't the only ones that thought this. Everyone we rode with made comments (not good ones) about them.
