Negatives:
Room needed better cleaning and repairs. Floor was sticky. Bathroom had noticable dirt on the back of the door/walls. The ceiling above the shower looked like it was ready to fall down. Obvious leaking from the unit above. Very thin walls and floors. The bed pad had a lump that I could not remove.
