No door service or help with bags which wouldn’t have been a problem if I didn’t have to park in a garage and walk a block with my family and their luggage because the valet wasn’t an option showing up immediately at check in. This would all not have been such a big deal if it wasn’t a 300$ a night hotel

Breakfast was good, location was great, and the rooms were very spacious.
Negatives:
The bathroom was small. We had a booking discrepancy between my booking.com and the hotel. Hotel stated that one of my rooms was canceled when booking.com showed a room for that person. When I tried to discuss with staff, she would just tell me it was canceled and didn’t take the time to listen. She was on a video call while checking us in.
