Everyone was friendly. The room was great! The pool was refreshing. Breakfast was better than expected for a hotel.

Parking is an additional $20 a night and the pull out sofa had crumbs in the mattress and no sheets.

Some random person off the street got into my room and stole my kids air pods, and apple chargers. We got a nice surprise when we got back to our room and saw some guy in it. He went through everything! Needless to say we left that night. We were on the 6th floor, so it is weird in my opinion. The staff was nice we filled out a report. Though the chef was cussing at the bar tender when we were filling out report. Real professional. Anyways, they said there security will do an investigation on how the guy got in my room. Never heard anything about it. The place isn't that secure in my opinion, and Cleveland is just plain unsafe.
