I called hours before my arrival and was told I could have early check in. when I arrived at 9am I was told I couldn’t check in until around 3pm and that I would get a text when my room was ready. I didn’t get a text until 530pm

staff was flustered & made mistakes with several guests rooms. I was sent to a room that another guests was already in & that other guest was given a room key that did not work. This mix up at check in was unprofessional & gave a bad first impression of the hotel.
