There is no continental breakfast and individual items on sale were not great and overpriced, also seemed understaffed. Do not like the barn doors on the bathrooms in the rooms

The hotel was so nice! My sister and my husband and I went for an overnight stay so my husband could have a procedure done. The room was huge, the bathroom was huge, and it was soooo clean! It has coffee maker and refrigerator as well.
The beds were the most comfortable ones we've ever slept in. I think even better than the one I sleep on every day. It was obviously a newer place, and they had hardwood floors and automatic blinds with huge windows. My sister and I loved the huge second story outdoor balcony with the fire pits.
Two restaurants just a few steps away. Went to the one called Caps and the food was really good. The absolute best food we had however is a place called Swensons drive in. They have the best hamburgers ever! Only about 6 miles away. It's an absolute must!
We were very impressed with the hotel and we will be coming back in May and we will definitely be staying here. I don't think I would stay anywhere else now.

Best hotel I've ever stayed...
Positives:
Outside is well maintained. Location is great. Bed was comfortable. Like that the rooms were not carpeted. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
That the check-in was upstairs. Anybody could get on the elevator and wander the property without anyone noticing. The bad thing about the location is that you are right across from OSU Hospital and the helicopters fly right over the property.

Did not eat breakfast at the hotel. Was there for appointment at James Medical Center.
Was pleasantly surprised to learn that was a $50 credit for any university of Ohio hospital appointments.

The staff was very friendly and courteous.

The rug in the room needs cleaning. Floors could use mopping so that hair from past guest isn’t visible. But the sheets were clean. That’s most important!

beautiful clean hotel right in the middle of everywhere we needed to be!
Negatives:
Rude customer service at check in. We used booking.com and he didn't see that we were already paid and tried to charge us again. When we questioned it and showed him we were paid he jumped at us. Told us never to use booking.com that calling directly would of been easier and cheaper. Very bad first impression but the stay turned out to be wonderful! We had a great time!
