No employees at front desk, waited at least 20 min for someone to show up and check us in, my husband had to go find someone! Elevator not working with room keys, had to download app get electronic key, added another 20min to our already delayed check in

Housekeeping staff monopolized elevators , there are 3. I do not understand why one is not reserved for staff

Absolutely nothing about this property would make me want to stay there again.
Negatives:
3 elevators, only one was working, then it broke. Once it broke the employees spent 30 minutes trying to find the stairwell for us to even get to our room. Ice machines didn’t work, heater in room sounded like it was trying to take flight, which was fantastic because it was windy and the windows didn’t seal all the cold air coming it. Spent a total of 3 hours sleeping because every time heater kicked on I was afraid it was gonna catch on fire.

Negatives:
Bathroom was dirty. Had hair trimmings on the vanity, a roll of paper towels were in the shower, and floor was dirty. The pillows on the bed were small, square throw pillows with pillow cases on them, not what should’ve been on a king sized bed. The sheets were also put on the bed upside down. Also, a group of young kids were yelling and running in the hallway outside of our room for a good while around midnight, playing “ding-dong, ditch”.

The property was clean. The staff was friendly. Disappointed the pool was closed at check in and didn’t open until we were leaving.
Negatives:
The property was maintained well. However, there were several vehicles broken into on Friday and Saturday evening.
