when we left for the day for our activities we planned on coming back to a clean restocked room and unfortunately we had to request for someone to come pull trash and bring extra towels due to it wasnt pulled and not enough towels for each guest booked in room we had 7 ppl and only 3 towels

When I called to ask about the Hotel policy the front desk lady told me it would be a $50 holding fee. But once I came to check in the lady at the front desk was very rude. She said since you're a local, it's $100 extra per room. She kept talking negative about people that live in Columbus. VERY unprofessional and unwelcoming. Unfortunately I had already prepaid for the room or I would've left.
