Easy to find location just off the interstate, decent basic breakfast, nice indoor pool for children. Checking in and out was quick and simple.
Negatives:
Room wasnt up to par, had obvious wear and tear throughout, bed had springs that were easily felt while laying down and loud. Could clearly hear people in the hallway through the night.

Best hotel I've ever been to at this star rating. Breakfast was great. I have no idea why people have complained about it.

Pool is nice but its crazy loud in that indoor pool room. I had to wear earplugs while I sat and watched my kids.

A huge hold for incidentals. $250 per room, and I had 2 rooms, that isnt refunded for 3-5 days after check out. This is way too high!!! We enjoyed our stay, but unlikely to come back due to the outrageous hold.

Breakfast they were out of a lot of food at breakfast no milk for cereal for 4 days when you have a kid that only eats cereal.. we had to go buy a gallon and take it down to best morning, only 1 lady doing breakfast , pool was freezing, NOT enough chairs at the pool no towels at the pool. The reason we chose this hotel was for the pool. Im almost 40 and had to sit on the concrete floor while my kids swam. No extra comforters for the sofa bed, also got a couch for my daughter to sleep on but no extra comforter. Very expensive for what services we didnt get.

The pool was great for kids but not near enough chairs surrounding the pool for the size of the hotel and the amount of space wasted
Negatives:
It was supposed to be a full breakfast, which was one of my main reasons for selecting the hotel. I was very unhappy with the breakfast. They were out of the following items; yogurt, cereal, milk, apple juice, orange juice, donuts and pastries, cinnamon rolls and fresh fruit. The only drinks to choose from were coffee and cranberry juice (not great for kids) the only food available was oatmeal, bagels, premade omelets, turkey sausage and bacon( the bacon was empty as soon as it was refilled being that it was one of the only items people wanted and the hotel was 6 stories fully booked) and a pancake printer that took 3mins per person for one. We ended up eating elsewhere and having to spend more money.
