Fixtures were loose or falling off. For the price and quality it was supposed to be, we expected better. It was a lot worse than another Sheraton I stayed at. The elevator was sketchy too

The door took a lot effort to open because the lock didnt function properly. My room clearly had moisture issues if not now, then in the past. The bathroom had a lot of mold throughout, especially in the shower. The front desk didnt resolve my issues.

The refrigerator in room full of water once turned on did not work all night, and the food I placed in it had to be pitched
Bfast was typical for any hotel, cost was 15 unless they gave you a free ticket. Not worth 15 at all, but staff was exceptional there

Location fit my destination, staff was friendly, beds comfortable, no charge for parking, use of card for security of elevator a good feature, temperature thermostat worked well, hot water was hot and ran with force

Noisy elevator and highway nearby, toilet was very low to sit on, my wake up call never happened, had nowhere to put luggage, I had to plug the telephone in, did not like the soap and shower dispenser system as this was basically public and not sanitary, smoke detectors in the room were not flashing indicating they needed batteries or were obsolete, alarm clock in room did not function well

I really enjoyed all the amenities that the property had to offer. The on-site Starbucks, was really cool!

The only complaint that I really had, was that their second elevator was not working during our stay, so it would take much longer for you to get back to your floor, or really anywhere you were trying to go.
