Out of dishes, overbooked deluxe rooms and gave me a regular room for the same price, unprofessional staff, the fire alarms going off and lack of communication was unsafe, stained carpet in the room, hole in drywall in room, room was not equipped with items listed online (hair dryer, coffee maker, toaster) and breakfast was a joke. Coffee, oatmeal packet, granola bar and muffin. Emailed Extended stay and they never responded.

Facility smelled horrible from the moment you walked in. The floors were filthy and the room wasn’t much better. Why have a kitchenette if there is no plates, utensils etc in the room? I’m sorry, they were available for an extra charge which is just ridiculous. Pillows and bedding were horrible.

I like that it had all the necessities for a lengthy period of stay.
Negatives:
It was dirty, chair in room was ripped, the carpet was filthy, refrigerator was dirty and dusty on top. Rusty burner covers on the stove. Appeared that cabinets hadn't been wiped down for quite some time. Bathroom wasn't too bad....dust build up all along the floor/wall angle though. Manager needs to get on the ball.

Reservation was made for one room with two double beds, upon check-in the clerk compted another room for better sleeping arrangements.

The room itself was fairly clean but the carpet not good at all. Very stained wouldn't want to walk on it without shoes on my feet needs a really good cleaning or replacement.
