Positives: Really nothing...maybe the parking & convenience to stores etc....
Negatives: The place was dirty & smelled. There was one luggage cart that barely moved and then when we left there was none & being in our 70s and On the 3rd floor, elevator or not, we had to make at least 6 trips to the car or more. Will never stay there again!

Positives: The late staff guy was very respectful and did what he could to help us but overall the place was not to my standards.
Negatives: The hallway smelled so bad on the 1st floor it didn't smell clean when you walked in the front door, it didn't feel safe the breakfast was right in the lobby area so you know its not that big. They served instant oatmeal, muffins and nutrients grain bars. I would never go back to them again. We only stayed for sleep 3am from off the road and out by 11am that morning. The pictures on the website doesn't match what you see when you get there it's a joke. What we reserved they didnt have so we didn't get what we wanted nor didn't it look like what we wanted so would never stay there again or tell nobody to stay there it was a last minute call no choice decision because no other hotels had opens that late night that I would trust because after seen that one the answer is NO ABSOLUTELY NOT AGAIN.

Positives: The location was near restaurants and staff was so helpful, getting us extra blankets, towels and soap as needed.
Negatives: The smell in the hallway, lobby and elevator was atrocious. People were holding their hands over their mouth, it was evening and morning, didnt change from check in to check out. The carpet in the room was stained so badly, we kept our shoes and socks on the entire time.
