Positives: i liked having the full size fridge and kitchen.

Negatives: the service was HORRIBLE. it was all a disaster from the jump. my reservation had to be cancelled at the south location to go to this location. the night shift front desk employee was not professional whatsoever and wouldnt help me at all when my card was double charged, had a very bad attitude, very rude, very uncalled for behavior towards a customer.

Positives: I've seen customer care before. And I've seen hospitality workers that care. But the level of car and consideration that the front desk lady Lily put into not only mine but every other guest I seen her interact with was nothing short of exceptional. She was pulling double duty working the front desk and cleaning rooms that didn't get done earlier in the day. She is the paragon that all hospitality employees should strive to be.

Positives: There was no breakfast. Very little was as advertised.

Negatives: We had no shower curtain and none was provided until the next morning. The hallways didn't look like they had been vacuumed for days. The wi-fi didn't reach our room. Basically nothing that was advertised as something "extra" was actually provided.
