Very convenient to our destination, the pool and the room location on our floor was perfect.
Negatives:
The bathroom was dirty and had hair all over. And we had no shampoo and conditioner. And we had to have both our TVs fixed daily when we stayed. Our fitted sheet was on inside out so had the thought that our sheets were not changed.

A wonderful location to stay.
Positives:
The staff were very friendly, particularly Tyler at the front desk. The hotel is in a great area with a lot of restaurants and shopping near by, as well as the zoo. The rooms were clean. We stayed in a king studio with a pull out couch. It was nice and very spacious. The process of checking in and out was easy and quick.

I loved the space we had in the room. I had my daughter and her 3 kids with me so having the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom was amazing! The front desk staff were all extremely friendly, polite, and helpful.
Negatives:
We stayed for 3 nights. Our room was only cleaned once while we were there. Trash cans in the bathroom were overflowing and didn’t get emptied. They also only gave USA total of 3 bath towels and 2 wash cloths for 5 people.
