Told by receptionist on the phone 8 or 9 days before reservation that airport shuttle was available only to learn on 3/19 at the Dayton Airport that they did not have an airport shuttle. This is a correction to my previous submission for cancelled 29 March reservation.

The Jacuzzi was nice.
Negatives:
The hassle of checking in. Couldn't use a debit card without a deposit. Told if I use a credit card they would waive the deposit. So I had my mom drive 20 miles to let me use hers and I still had to put down a deposit. And the blinds and the room were broken and the ceiling was fallen in in the bathroom that was in our room. And they were worried about a deposit.

It literally served a purpose...
Positives:
My flight was delayed by 5 hours so I arrived at the airport late at night. I decided to stay overnight. It is one of the closest hotels to Dayton Airport. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was clean. Bed, sofa and desk chair were all comfortable. Hallway was quiet.
Negatives:
Clarion should create a little store like most hotels where customers can buy water, soda, juice and snacks. Instead there is one beverage dispensing machine that was only stocked with Diet Pepsi. If a little store is too much trouble, at least sell water. I had water in my trunk but at -1 degrees it was frozen solid. Room walls were very dingy and would benefit from a fresh coat of paint. Please serve juice at breakfast. Juice machine seemed to be out of commission. Even a pitcher of juice would be appreciated. Scrambled eggs were overcooked and flavorless.
