Courteous and friendly staff. Always greeted us when we came in. The breakfast buffet was really good. I liked the dining room. It was decorated very pretty for the season. The room was clean and comfortable. Their are other facilities that can be used that made the stay even better. Definitely would stay again.

We had a very nice stay. The staff was kind, friendly, and treated us like family. Our room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable! The breakfast was delicious and we really liked that it was somewhat different each day we stayed. The hotel, in general, was also very clean and quiet. Our daughter loved the pool even though the water was cold, and she swam until her little heart was content.
Negatives:
The only problem we had was that the pool was cold, which at checkout was explained that the pool had a possible leak because it was continuing to fill with cold water making it cold and it was being worked on as we were checking out. My husband and I just couldn't handle the cold temperature like our 13-year-old daughter did. We wish the hot tub was still there as in older pictures.

The location had access to fun places. Who doesn't like a continental breakfast? The options were good and the food was okay. The bed was clean and comfortable, and I liked that the room had a microwave in it.
Negatives:
It was a disappointing stay, overall. I would not stay there again. I had booked in a lowkey emergent or rushed situation and I booked through booking.com. When I got to the hotel, the young man at the counter was kind and polite, but he was confused about my booking situation. He charged my card and it went through, and I do have concern I may be double charged. Our room decor was outdated but I don't mind a classic Holiday Inn Express. However, the TV was comically small for the massive size of the suite. The TV remote worked sporadically and there was no channel guide available. I asked the gentleman at the desk about available literature to know how to work the room amenities. He said that he didn't know about things like that because he hadn't worked there long. A hotel room without being able to enjoy a TV is always a little frustrating, especially with respect to insane inflation and costs. Our bed was bugfree, comfortable and clean. There were white stains on the couch, hair on multiple services in the bathroom, and brown smudges on the curtains. It smelled heavily like dogs, bleach, and Lemon detergent. Definitely not worth the money, but could have been worse in some regard.
