I was given the first room. The door didn't work I couldn't get in. Maintenance came finally I was offered the second room. In that room when we turned back our bed linen they had someone's blood on the sheets and pillow cases. Disgusting.

Booked two rooms. Believed breakfast was included into price paid. Went to breakfast next morning ONLY TO BE HARRASSED NO LESS THAN 5 TIMES BY WAITRESS.I politely indicated it was included with room. She brought list twice to say no. I again said I would discuss with front desk which was some 30 feet from where we sat. We were still EATING OUR BREAKFAST. I then went to front desk. They said no, not included in booking.. I said just put it on my card. Front desk person said we were all settled up. Same waitress came to me again to say I had to pay her. I believed it was being added to my card by front desk. Another trip to front desk when I inquired if I needed to sign check at breakfast, answer was yes. I did so. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS JUST SO POORLY HANDLED. WE AS A FAMILY WITH 2 GRANDCHILDREN JUST TRYING TO EAT BREAKFAST had the whole experience soured by a waitress thar was relentless and bothersome and frankly menacing. I am a Hilton Honors member. Skipping out on a check was never a thought or possibility. The waitress made the whole trip UGLY.

My stay was great the pool was great, my only problems had to do with the bed being uncomfortable as well as the pillows and the heated pool had so much chlorine I had to flush my eyes and multiple times the price was fair the 2 pool options was great as well as the sauna and steam room
