Negatives: This hotel has seen better days! It needs to be totally shut down and remodeled! It needs a good cleaning, nrw carpets, and new paint everywhere is needed!! The entire doors weren't working. We had to manually pull them open to get the luggage cart through the door! It's dingy, dirty and dark. The hotel kinda felt unsafe! I ran into a man who looked homeless,as we were waiting for the elevator, told me he's been living there for 3 months! The room was a 2 out of 5. I brought my own bedding and laid it atop of theirs. And my own pillows. That was my only comfort. The room was large and the dog enjoyed it! But I would never stay there again! They had free coffee in the lobby, and I asked for more packs if white sugar. They didn't have any! I only used the 2 packs that were available! It was 630 am! Why don't you have sugar! The single use coffee machine in the room was rusty and dirty, like they found it from a yard sale! They clean your room every 3 days. We stayed 2 days. Make sure you bring your own toiletries and wash clothes and towels. I wouldn't want to use theirs! And I did not use their shower/tub. The bottom of the tub was dingy, and the shower curtain had faded stains. I showered at my relatives place! And the toilet is so low,it it reminds you of a child's potty! I'm sorry, I just have nothing good to say about this hotel! It needs to be shut down! They should not represent the Raddison's name! It's not Raddison/Hilton hotel quality! It's more like a Motel 6 quality!

Negatives: Room needs updated, lumpy carpet and lumpy bed comforter, king bed with just four pillows, no Kleenex in room, only one facial soap-no other bath soap, only two shampoos, no conditioner or lotion, no microwave in room, no hairdryer.

Negatives: The bed was totally uncomfortable, pillows were like sofa pillows, and offered no comfort. Room was stale and noisy, as walls are paper thin, so that you hear any movement in adjacent rooms, or hallways.

Negatives: The 1st room assigned had not been cleaned. We thought it was odd to almost bump into housekeeping as we were getting off the elevator at such a late hour. This is with a check in time of 8:00 p.m. :(. The hallways were dark lights bulbs burnt out . Bathroom vanity light was out a well. Toilet seat very lose. Shower head did not work properly, tub very narrow and the bathroom door bumped into the toilet. Overall room lighting and decor was dark and depressing.

Negatives: Update everything. Remove the none working and miss leading sleep numbers cords and set up. Furniture very outdated. Low water pressure in both sinks. Felt eerie and dirty. And I still haven’t received my 50 refundable security deposit. After 5 whole business days.
