Positives:
The breakfast bar. The worker there was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond to welcome every single person coming in there to have breakfast. She would make any 1 star hotel a 10 star one.
Negatives:
The pool wasn't heated, and the hot tub was sealed off. There also was no vending on the second floor, I don't know about the other floors. But we had to come all the way down to the lobby to get a snack.

Was very very clean. Staff was kind, and the manager stepped WAY UP when needed. He absolutely made the difference.
Negatives:
Short version. Large multifamily group in town to bury Grandma,mother. All rooms booked prior to dates reserved (by 3 or 4 months)....got there about 20 mins of each other. Watched my sister get told they're out of rooms. That didn't bode well for the staff once Mom heard.
It got fixed and the manager, as I said stepped way up and made things right. Thank you.
