Positives: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was really good. The room was good. I liked having access to my room from other doors and that the doors were secure. I like the little nightlight in the bathroom for the kids.

Negatives: Having to go to the actual lamps to turn on was something I didn't like from arriving at night. But it's not home, and you just deal with it.
