Negatives: That all rooms are pet free and they shouldn’t. Some of us are allergic to pets and the hotel needs to have non pet rooms. It’s very unsanitary to have pet dander on the furniture in the rooms as well. Please clean the entire room and vacuum the couches.

Negatives: Overall not very clean. Stained sheets, something sticky on the bed skirt, dirty dishes in drawers, no hot water in the kitchen. Kids running on the floor above us until 12am. Maintenance guy repeatedly banging on the door only to hand me a night light and said “Hilton told me to do it”. Wasn’t a great stay.

Negatives: This is a PET friendly hotel. i have no problem with pets but we stayed on 3rd floor where pets are not usually staying. our room smelled SOOO bad like pooop! The hotel carpet in hallways and lobby were spotted everywhere with stains. I will never stay in this hotel or a Hilton that is PET FRIENDLY. yes, i have always had pets.

Negatives: If you are traveling with a sports team and you want to enjoy time socializing and spending time with your friends and other parents, do not choose this hotel. Our swim team is a nationally known swim team. We travel quite often. Never, in all of those travels, have I encountered rudeness like I encountered at this hotel this weekend. The hotel has posted quiet hours of 10 pm to 6 am. Although I personally feel that’s a bit early for a weekend, our team was sitting outside on the hotel patio quietly talking and enjoying time together around 9 on a Saturday night. About five minutes after nine one of the hotel staff came out and told us that they were clearing out the lobby in the patio and that everyone in the hotel needed to go to their rooms because the manager was instituting a “early quiet hour.“ At first, we felt like we certainly must have misunderstood, having paid hundreds of dollars to stay at this hotel for two nights. Certainly, we thought we would able to enjoy the facilities and the patio. We stayed outside talking for a few more minutes - at which time the police showed up. You’re reading that correctly. Hotel management actually called five police officers to come to the hotel and escort its own guests up to their rooms. It was absolutely ridiculous and truly beyond rude to treat paying guests that way. We’ll never go back.
