Positives: The outside of the hotel has a nice, well-kept appearance in a lovely setting.
Negatives: The mattress was sagging. There were old, fairly large rusty chips in the bath tub near the drain. The entire inside of the hotel from the lobby to the rooms needs a complete renovation as it appears outdated. The ironing board cover in the room had scorch marks. The smoke alarm system seems to be miswired. A 3rd floor smoke alarm within a room also went off in our room on the 2nd floor, instead of the hallway.

Negatives: Couldn't take a shower because the tub filled up so high because the drain was clogged up.
