Staff was great, refunded a portion of my stay when I checked out early due to pests in room. Good location.
Negatives:
Room was in need of a deep cleaning. Found a dead bug near window. Deep stains on carpets and walls. I was bitten by a bug during my sleep.

Could not EVER get any handtowels!!! What hotel doesnt have hand towels??? the towels we did have were STAINED, didn't EVER look clean! Did not have a "TOILET PAPER ROLL"???WHATT? Asked for an extra pillow, didn't have ANY EXTRA!!! Bathroom floor was dirt
