First of all, I was charged an extra $10 for a ground floor room. The employee at front desk was not welcoming at all. No fridge, no microwave, old and dirty— I didn’t even shower because it was so bad, very noisy: someone (employee?) banging on a room door at 5:30 am— police were called.
