Positives:
The hotel offers a different breakfast everyday. However the breakfast was just ok. Not bad for free. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. It actually surpassed my expectations. We had a full stove to make dinners of needed which helps when you have a family.
Negatives:
The indoor pool was freezing. The elevator is very slow and there is only one. There is only one ice machine and that is on the main floor. The hotel could also use a fresh coat of paint.

Staff was awesome. Chocolate chip cookie was delicious. Bed was very comfortable, room and bathroom were clean.
Negatives:
Breakfast was terrible. When we went down there was only biscuit and gravy that was tasteless and eggs were not good. That was it.

The staff were helpful and friendly and the location was great. The staff was apologetic for the room issues. The kitchen was well stocked with appropriate dishes and appliances: microwave and coffee maker.
The breakfast was set up nicely and had several options.
In spite of some issues, it was overall a positive experience.
Negatives:
When we first arrived, the 1st set of keys didn’t work then when we got in, there were no sheets on the bed. We changed rooms then the new keys didn’t work either. There was a breakfast sandwich in the microwave. The telephone never worked the entire time, not did one bed light (the outlet was broken). The tub was very slow to drain and the toilet would not flush completely and had a slight urine smell. The microwave surface/counter light didn’t work. There were a few dishes in the dishwasher. The fuse box was unlocked in the room and there were some gnats.

Advertise a basketball hoop. Didn't have one, which that's was a big hit to me. Telling my grandsons they had a basketball hoop and got there, and there wasn't one.

The check in process was quick and easy and the room was close to an entrance. The area was quiet and convenient.
Negatives:
When I booked this room it said it was a “one bedroom king” the room was actually a studio. One of the kitchen lights kept flickering on and off so it was impossible use the lights in the kitchen area. The bathtub didn’t drain properly and I was wading in about 8 inches of water by the end of my shower.
