Staff is friendly & accommodating. I called front desk for a blow dryer & they delivered it right away. I opted for the breakfast included w/ King Room & when I checked in I received vouchers I could use each morning

The doors are heavy + always sound like everyone’s slamming them shut =Thud. also the shower has NO where for you to put any of your own personal toiletries except for the floor?

Great proximity to CLE airport...
Positives:
Rooms where dirty when we got there. We had to wait extra 2 hours in the lobby. There were shoe prints on the chairs in the lobby, the lobby was dirty, the staff was rude.

The repetitive news scroll in the lobby. Who needs that? I don’t know if that is intended to be decorative, but we all have phones and can get a new scroll at any moment. Nobody needs repetitive bad news.

Positives:
They have a indoor pool(very small) for the kids and a full liquor bar downstairs for the grown-ups. It wasn't too far from stores and restaurants or starbucks. They have a shuttle also for anyone traveling to the airport.
Negatives:
VERY OVERPRICED !! we spent $1,135 for 2 rooms for 2 nights. Ive stayed at hotels on the beach in West Palm Beach Florida with rooftop dinning and pool. Did the samething 2 rooms 2 nights and spent apx $900 or we even stayed in the Margaritaville in Gatlinburg Tennessee and same amount of rooms and for 4 days and spent $1,200. Theres a sign at check in that if ypu use a debit card you will be charged twice and upon check out the 2nd charge will drop from your account 5-7 days later or use a credit card it says. There's only 1 entrance and 1 elevator to get inside and to get to the rooms. So that makes the parking suck due to having to walk so far to one entrance. It's very over priced and not kept up for the small rooms you get. The shower is tiny and there's pink mold on the grout. The carpets are dark blue with a design and they look filthy. We got 2 rooms woth 2 queens in each. 1 room out of each room didn't have a fitted sheet and the tags were all at the top. (Not made right) oh and the squished the pillows into the pillowcase and made them the size of small throw pillows for a couch. If you moved to much in the room the amount of dust flying around had me gagging. An last but not least, the coffee pot that's in the room was disgusting so we checked th other room and it was worse. It was dusty and dirty and had very obvious white hard water build up in the spot to put the coffee grounds.

Extremely loud, heavy doors you can hear throughout the hall. Also no cover for the mattress which was stained. The sheets were clean but due to bed bugs I always look to see if the mattress is contained.
