Sucked. Couldn't even call it a continental. Just small muffins and coffee. When what was set out was gone it was over.

What I didn’t like was the non communication. I sent two different messages to the property about late check in due to my late flight. I called an spoke to someone at the front desk to explain my situation and I was told that someone will be at the desk to check me in due to me having a late flight to Cleveland Ohio. We my family arrived at the property I was told that the system canceled my reservation. I didn’t get a message about a cancellation. I found this to be unacceptable and inexcusable. I will never book with extended stay America again.

I slept sooo comfortably. I don't know if it was because I had been driving 10 hours and was tired, but that bed was EVERYTHING!!
Negatives:
The room had a smell I could not get rid of even after disinfecting everything. And there were many stains on the walls and floors.
The noise..there were children above us running back and forth, either in the Hallway or their room at a ridiculous hour.

The reservation was booked for 2 beds and a sofa bed. There was no sofa bed. The rooms smelled. Couldn't get fresh towels unless we brought wet one to front desk to switch it out.
