Positives: I can't say enough about the professionalism ,courtesy, and personal care I received at this facility. They actually make you feel like you're at home. I've been here since February 17th and become familiar with quite a bit of staff. They have been at all times courteous , thoughtful and considerate during my stay since February 17th on and off through to March 19th I'm grateful to have come across such a professional group of people who work at a hotel. I will always recommend a stay at this particular extended stay and will continue to do so myself. You have a special group of people here and they should all remain and be given some type of gratitude!
