dirty, no extra pillows and didn’t even try to make up for putting us in a room with bloody towels and wasn’t cleaned they just remade the bed like it was! then after moving us the other room was upstairs they had no extra pillows and the coffee maker had old coffee in it but didn’t even work and the tv had lines down both sides so it was horrible trying to watch tv

the pictures are very deceiving… my room looked nothing like the room I picked online.. there was a massive cold air draft coming from under the door… the closet door was falling off the hinge.. there was stink bug in our bed when we were trying to sleep… very disappointed did not receive the room I seen on the website would not book again….

Negatives:
Floor hadn’t been mopped in weeks. wore socks all the time. Bottom of toilet covered in brown spots, guessing we knew what it was. Table lamp so nasty I opulent touch it. Curtains half broken and hanging. Faucets hanging off shower wall. Black mold on ceiling in shower. I wiped up the floor because I was so disgusted with a bath towel.
