The effects of remodeling. I was in town for a family funeral and there was no lounge to visit with relatives. Also, the fitness center was closed. I felt the only place I could go was my room which was not conducive to visitors.

The property is under construction and was not notified. The breakfast that was offered was a bag with old fruit and a sandwich to heat in a microwave that had been sitting out not refrigerated for over 24 hours

I booked a king and they put me in a double queen. Tried to tell me because I booked last minute that I would not have a king. I booked well in advance they finally “ found” me a king room

They said they was giving us a newly renovated room when we arrived.
Negatives:
The toilet in our room never worked wouldn't flush wouldn't fill up. When we booked our stay online it never said nothing about being all renovated and progress and never said nothing about no breakfast. We were pretty disappointed about that had a hard time getting in and out of the building no matter what door you went into. And the room never came with a hair dryer. A little frigerator would not keep our stuff cold.
