Positives: I didn't have breakfast- didn't see a dining location even though the website stated $10 for breakfast. Location was great and there were places around we could eat. Most of the front desk staff wasn't to friendly but a big thumbs up to Nicole for her infectious smile, friendliness and caring customer service.

Negatives: We were disappointed when we got in after 10 pm one night and all the garbage was still in the room, the towels still on the floor. We called front desk immediately and was told rooms are cleaned every other day and we were not informed of this when we checked in. For me, the pillows and bed were to soft so it took me a while to fall asleep.

Negatives: no food/breakfast available and bar closed; wasn’t advised of this during prior to or during checking in. also dance moms took over entire lobby area with no consideration for others. when leaving early in the morning— man laying on couch in lobby area in pjs/bare feet which was odd.

Positives: Great facility! Beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable.

Negatives: The only thing we didn't like was we left the so not disturb signon our door and the housekeeping went in our room and changed towels out. If we wanted service, we wouldn't have placed the sign. Otherwise a great experience
