Negatives: I reserved my room thru e internet like 25 min before got there... Pay whit my boss business card,,,, when got there they have no internet ... system no work ...staff call manager 5 times, i show my reservation on my phone ,,,,say she can't do anything because computer no internet, she call manager 4 time...and change room to my name,,,can scan my id or credit card, make request i need receipt or bill to my boss compagnie name , he need it for expense because I pay whit credit business card...say i can do anything ...omg Say ask receptions on morning so i ask this morning the girl say she can't ...i have verry bad experience at all after driving 800 mi and 13 hrs want to sleep when got there like 1230 am...only took 45 min before got my room.....no discount nothing offer me...so tonight driving to Oklahoma be there around 10:25 Eastern Time if can got discount room ty 603-233-4633

Negatives: The lobby and front desk were fairly decent. Check in staff was nice but not professional. As soon as we opened our room door, the foul smell that poured out of the room was disgusting! It had a kitchenette and it smelled like something had rotted in there. I called the front desk immediately and asked if we could get a refund because we were not going to stay there. We did receive a refund and will not stay in an Extended Stay again.

Negatives: bathroom was really dirty - suspicious browns spots on the shower curtain, bath walls dirty. very noisy too, upstairs neighbor kept pounding on the floor from midnight to 4am and violently moving furniture. we thought there was a fight going on. called the front desk about it but it didn’t stop.
