Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The staff was excellent!! And everything was very clean.
Negatives:
When I went into my room it reeked of skunk weed!! And the bathroom reeked of cigarettes
The staff offered another room or air freshener
I took that air freshener and turned on the fans on and opened the window to air it out.
Then around midnight the guests above me had a dog that was running around until 3:30 AM. I
Called the front desk and the staff and asked the guest to be quiet but that worked for 5 minutes.
So I had to go down to the front desk and they
Went to talk to the guest and it finally worked.
I think I should have been refunded as it was very uncomfortable night.
The place was very clean, staff was friendly and the room was clean. This is a nonsmoking hotel

Extended Stay of America has been our best of places to stay when we are visiting from out of town.

The room was nice quality and the staff were very nice.
Negatives:
Booking.com charged me for the stay, but upon arrival it was not paid so I had to pay in person. Leaving me with two charges on my credit and debit that I have to work out.
