Location close to where we needed to be. very comfortable rooms. Comfortable bed and pillows.  the exterior was well lit and felt very safe. They accept pets.
The breakfast was delicious and well stocked.  the exterior was well lit and felt very safe.

ice machine not working. They appeared to be short staffed. The front desk wasn’t always manned. We didn’t have washcloths or enough hand towels in our bathroom, they did provide these upon request. The TV reception was poor. Like it was a bad connection.

The couch/sleeper were filthy! Should have been thrown to the trash a long time ago. We refused to sit on it so the front desk gave us a sheet to put on it. The chair was also awful with tears and stuffing coming out!

So very disappointed!
Positives:
The room was large and we had plenty of room to spread out. The staff was amazingly nice and helpful.
Negatives:
Although the staff was amazing and helpful, they never once mentioned that the place was under construction or being remodeled. So as we stepped off the elevator, imagine our surprise when the hallway was tore up and fixtures were missing. A simple, hey sorry for our mess, we're remodeling would have gone a long way.
