Room was not properly cleaned, there was a sock that was not ours on the floor, boot prints on top of the toilet lid, and bed was made very lumpy/sloppy. Elevator sounded like it was on the verge of breaking but we had to use it for our luggage, and the inspection tag is not posted in the elevator.
