Kleenex and toilet paper were like sandpaper and the pillows were hard - like they had folded heavy blankets into a square and put them in the pillowcases. I had to go buy a pillow so I could sleep!

No USB ports in the room, front desk said they could provide portable USB boxes for our 4 devices but when going to the desk, they only had one. Skimpy choice of breakfast items.

It was okay
Positives:
Breakfast was nice and the beds were extremely comfortable. Our room on the 3rd floor was quiet which was nice since we were extremely tired. Nice the room thermostat was no the wall and we could control air/heat from there.
Negatives:
Elevator was creaky making you think it wasn’t going to make it to our 3rd floor. It made it every time though so we’d just laughed.Then there’s one thing that was UPSETTING and that was being charged an additional $100 that we were told about. Thankfully it wasn’t a problem for us but it could be another time and to others like the young couple who didn’t have it as they paid in cash. I thought I was gong to have to help them since they had a small child. They had to call and borrow money. I have never had this fee before which I feel if absolutely STUPID.
