Negatives: Our room was little dusty and the bathtub was a little dirty with grime

Negatives: I reserve double Queen beds for 2 rooms. I put in a handicap room with one full bed in each room. The toilet got backed up, I requested maintenance and was told I had to take care of the issue. Very unhappy

Negatives: The entire process of trying to plan ahead for check-in as my flight landed at midnight, was problematic. I have traveled extensively in my lifetime and have NEVER had such an issue. Even after then changing the room to my son's name so he could check in prior to my arrival, it was problematic due to his age (20). Again, the staff well knew I was the card holder on the room and I was arriving after midnight. However, he had to go find a friend (his Sargeant) to come back to "check-in" to my room, as somehow THAT makes more sense?? This is not a good business practice, and I witnessed another young soldier, my son's age, trying to check in at the front desk only to be told sorry, you are not old enough to check in. These young ADULTS are literally in the armed forces defending this country including YOU, ME, AND YOUR HOTEL and you won't let them check in and rest their head? How utterly despicable. I guarantee the success of the LAWTON, OK location is based solely on the fact that military and families are your regular customers. I will also mention I selected this hotel in part for the access to a partial kitchen in order to make a home made meal for my son, it said it comes with cookware and such. Well that's only if available. I had one sauce pot to cook a meal in?? We shared a fork. If you aren't fully prepared, then don't offer this amenity.

Negatives: It was overpriced for us to have to take out our own trash, called front desk for toilet paper & they said we needed to come down & get it, also bring down our linens in order to get clean linens, sheets were stained, said on website there was breakfast, [what they meant was grab & go, instant oatmeal packets, & mini muffins, with brown water (coffee)], keys hardly worked [had to get rekeyed every night], smelled moldy, couldn't have our window opened up to air our room otherwise would be kicked out, [but no signs were posted], hair dryer didn't work.
