Positives: The front desk woman was friendly

Negatives: The room we booked said double bed, but there was only one full sized bed. We were traveling for business. They said it was wrong on the website, but didn’t offer a better room or to refund the charge for the inaccurate information. The bed was a platform jail style bed, extremely uncomfortable, and horrible. 3/10, would never come back
