Positives:
Aloft Hotels are always trendy and look great.
Negatives:
Luck of the draw for me; the walls seem to be toilet paper thin and there were 30-40 kids running nonstop up and down the halls, slamming doors, screaming babies, and parents oblivious to the fact that Aloft hotels are somewhat geared towards young business professionals and not daycare. I gave up at 11pm and booked at a different hotel down the road.
While I’ve never had this problem at Aloft before, I’m a little concerned with how noisy it was. I could hear people in the parking lot talking, people talking 5-6 rooms over, people below and above me, etc. I’m not sure if I want to stay at these properties again, knowing their acoustics have taken a back seat to flash and glam styling.

Positives:
The property was everything we needed for a stopover on our way back home. It was comfortable, stylish, clean, and staff was polite and courteous in our few interactions.
Negatives:
Nothing I didn’t like about the property. I always wish they had a free breakfast but that’s just not how they operate and totally fine since we made the choice to stay.

The Breakfast Chef was great and morning Front Desk everyday was very engaging and support with guest services.The comfort of the room, adjustable temperature, the shower was at an evenly sustained warm temperature to the max--not too hot. The refrigerator was cool to keep food and drinks cold. The Laundry room was clean, washer and dryer worked excellently at a reasonable price.
