The staff was friendly. Beds were okay on comfort.

Had to ask for cups, dishes, cookware and silverware. They ran out of glasses. The cookware had no lids. Frying pan was hard to cook in as food stuck to it badly even when I got Pam spray. I didn’t like the coffee pot at the handle and lid did not stay on very well.
Only three pillows on the bed for two people. The pillows were so flat and I need two firm pillows to prop my head up due to sinus issues. I had to go to Walmart to get another pillow as the lady working there told me they had no more pillows.
The TV had very limited cable channels. Outside of ABC, CBS, & NBC, rest were mostly news stations, cooking, cartoons, and cop shows. Plus the TV screen never stayed bright. After 15 seconds the screen got very dim making it hard to see what you’re watching.
They have signs outside that say no smoking within so many feet from building and windows. Yet, my husband and I were in a nonsmoking smoking room, we could smell strong orders of marijuana that gave me headaches.
Breakfast they provided was the same every day: light coffee, dark coffee, hot water, bananas, oatmeal, banana muffins and granola bars.
I had to get the room key reset every other dat as it stopped working.
Three times during mine and my husband’s stay, we’d return to the room later in the day to smelling bug spray. we were told they were spraying for roaches.
They had to turn off the water in the middle of our stay due to a leak in the pipes on first floor.
People across the hall were yelling all the time so loud we could hear it in our room.
