Negatives: We booked 2 rooms and when we got in, 1 room was not available. Lady at desk was extremely rude even though we were being inconvenienced. I was going to keep the 1 room and search for another location for 1 room but the rudeness was not worth spending my money there. I don't know if the booking mishap was hotels fault of booking.coms fault but her blatant attitude and disrespect was uncalled for. I called her on her attitude before I left and she assured me that she had no attitude but it definitely changed as we talked before my departure.
