well the whole experience left a lot to be desired. so to answer this question not much

1. the 3 days we were there not one time did house keeping come to our door.
2. no clean towels daily
3. no ice machine
4. the lack of peace and quiet, even after phoning the front desk to complain.
5. people just hanging out on stairs all hours of the night do God knows what.
6. the lack of willingness to be of any kind of help by the staff.
7. the full size bed in my room when I booked a deluxe queen

The woman that worked at the front desk and the small Hispanic woman that works as a maid were super sweet and very helpful. They were patient and very kind!
Negatives:
The room was disgusting when we checked in, there were obvious stains on the sheets that hadn't been washed. I swept about 3 times a day for 5 days because it was just so filthy. The floor hadn't been mopped in probably years, if ever, the shower curtain was COVERED in mold that smelled so bad it made me gag in the shower and the bathroom smelled absolutely awful. The rooms were completely bare. I had a deluxe room and I can tell you there was absolutely nothing "deluxe" about it.
