Negatives: I didn't care for the homeless people in the area. Other than that it was a comfortable nice stay

Negatives: The bed was literally the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on in my entire life.

Negatives: Not enough parking spaces, had to park far from room several times. Non smoking room had cigarette burns on all bedding, multiple places. Our first room #135 did not have working ac. We requested another room and had to stay in the room without ac for two additional days because the desk manager did not want to move us. He wanted to wait for maintenance to come figure it out (they were very busy the following day). We ended up spending $60 on a floor fan and downplayed the issue until we could get a resolution. Maintenance forgot us the first day I told them about it. The second day we were allowed to move. It was not a terrible inconvenience having no ac except my son has high blood pressure and the increased ambient temperature and humidity aggravate his condition. The second room had great ac when we were finally allowed to move (thank you God!) The back parking lot was badly flooded several times during our visit due to a drainage problem they corrected in the final of our four weeks at the property. Initially half of the back lot was inaccessible because spaces were under six inches of water along the length of the property due to a clogged drain and adjacent sand washed out by the storm from a construction site. It was a mess in the back. In the bathroom of the second room, the adhesive under several tiles failed. Someone had placed toilet paper which smelled bad from being repeatedly soaked in dirty water from around the toilet basin under the tile rather than fixing it or notifying staff of the issue on check out before we arrived. The seal around the base of the toilet in room 150 was also broken and it rocked. I forgot to mention the toilet seal on checkout. We had to replace a light bulb in the table lamp of the second room as it was out on check in.

Negatives: we had a ground room, which was very convenient, but the people above us didn’t take that into consideration at all! it was like a stampede was in the room above us all night, making it almost impossible to get any sleep! also the only ice machine was at their sister property, so that was annoying!
