For $500 there should be soap in the shower. And the headboard looked like a princess had been hitting her head over and over on the headboard. She scratched it up real bad. The card keys didn’t work and the prehistoric phone in the room. I mean really. This is not a place where I will stay ever again.

Our room 309 smelled like mildew. The bar lounge chairs are stained and dirty. Definitely Not a 5 star hotel. Bring Fabreez or a candle because it smells.

Urine stains on our matress covered by towels to hide it. Gross stain on the curtains. The old lady at the front desk with a short blonde bob had a very unwelcoming demeanor and disrespectful tone like us checking in bothered her. But the other 2 younger desk ladies were nice, helpful, and did a great job. 1 Star.

How spacious the room was and the noise outside of the room was little to none that I noticed. The gym was also one of the best gyms I've ever seen in a hotel. All the equipment was in very good condition and they had many options and multiple benches.

Have to pay for parking now even tho I paid 400 for 1 room for 1 night. AC was busted and even asking different times for it to be fixed they didn’t and we had to sit in a room with 72 degrees all night
