Positives: That the manager offered me wine for my inconvenience. The mattress was soft. The pillows were soft. There was a bible in the room. The 5th floor was quiet.

Negatives: The staff's attitudes were negative and less than professional. I requested to change rooms 4 times due to the nuisance of squealing pets or the appearance of the room. There was no phone in one of the rooms, a stained comforter in another, with peeling wall papers, and dirty walls. The last room chosen, I stayed because I was just too tired. But the safety latch was broken off of the door, and the refrigerator made clicking noise all night.

Positives: There was absolutely nothing to like.

Negatives: Reception was disorganized - a young boy of about 10 seemed to be running things - I am not joking; I wish I was. The rooms had no heat, were filthy and when we asked to be switched due to the heat issue, the room we were given was dirty and bed unmade. The location seems unsafe with vagrants loitering about. We left - I found somewhere else to stay.
