Hotel advertised free hotel shuttle to airport which is not the case. Complained and employee informed me manager knows its advertised but does nothing to change it. Ploy to get your business! Also very unsavory area. Room is kinda gross.

I gal at the desk seemed less than interested in checking me in--I know it wasn't early, but I got there before the 9 p.m. out-off time.

No security cameras except for the subway that's located inside. My truck was broken into by someone that busted my window out. Property was stolen from my truck. Hotel staff didn't seem to care. There were also 6 other vehicles that had windows busted

The breakfast was great and the bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
The rooms were not the cleanest, like around the edges of the walls and the floors. The light above the sink didn't work. There was a car jacked up without a wheel in the parking lot. The hotel picture make it look much nicer then it really is.

Staff was rude act like they didn't like to be there.. wouldn't take my form of payment so I lost money and got no room!!

The room wreaked of cigarette smoke the sheets smelled clean but the room did not look or feel clean. The valance in the room looked like the ceiling had leaked! The phone to call out did not work. It could have used some updating

There was nothing I liked about this hotel. I want a refund, this place was completely unsafe to stay at with children.

When I arrived the staff was fighting with guests, literally fighting. The toilet in the bathroom didnt flush and wasnt bolted to the floor. There were a ton of people loitering in the parking lot. And people smoking weed in the room next to mine.

Cockroaches. Mold on the shower curtain. Tub was stopped up. Toilet didnt flush properly.
