The manager was very rude! I called in 2 weeks ago when I made the booking to let them know that I have large non aggressive dog breed. After the staff had check us in, the manager saw the dog in the hall way and she arrogantly saidthere is no way that dog is under 40lbs you booking is cancelled, go back to the lobby for your refund. No courtesy, not even for a very tired guest who has been driving been driving to over 7 hours. The sign in the lobby says our business is your comfort, this is apparently not true. The staff processed the cancellation but I am not getting my money until after several days. So I did not leave the facility and waited for that manager to come to the front desk. She conceded but asked for another $100 cash deposit apart from the $100 deposit already included in the check in. I felt I was treated unfairly and discriminated against my appearance and race. It is not my fault that their official call center and their facility have different information about their operating procedure! This is not a true pet friendly hotel. In addition, I arrived at 2:50 in the afternoon. The same manager informed me that the room is not ready and I have to wait for another 30 minutes. This happened on June 22nd.

I liked the hot tub and the pool. The beds were very comfortable and i LOVED that they had a crib for my little boy.
Negatives:
1. Thought it had a bath; it did not. Had a stand up shower.
2. Remote was being held together by tape and kept falling apart. Power button didn't work on the remote. Guide wouldn't pull up either.
3. The safe was locked and was supposed to be left open for our use. It was locked with a code so we were unable to use the safe at all that was in the room.
4. My biggest issue was getting towels. I had to call three times to get towels and the third time they said they were too busy to bring us any.

Its convenient. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. The rooms are always nice and clean. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast could use a little help but its not bad and its included so you cant really complain. We always stay at Sleep Inn when visiting Tulsa.
